1. About Us

NextGen Energy Solutions Ltd provides domestic and commercial solar PV installations, battery storage systems, and EV charging point installations across the UK.

2. Services

We provide:

Domestic Solar PV installations
Domestic battery storage systems
Domestic EV charging point installations
Commercial EV charging point installations

All surveys and quotations are carried out directly by our in-house team. We do not subcontract installation works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All work is subject to a written quotation and agreement prior to commencement.

3. Quotations & Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A deposit may be required before materials are ordered.
Final payment terms will be confirmed in writing before installation.
Late payments may result in delays to installation or additional charges.

4. Installation & Responsibilities

We manage the full installation process including ordering materials, delivery, installation, and system commissioning.

The client is responsible for:

Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
Ensuring relevant permissions are in place (if applicable)
Informing us of any structural or electrical concerns prior to installation

We reserve the right to pause or cancel works if site conditions are unsafe.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., Tesla, Ohme or other brands used).

Installation workmanship is covered by our workmanship guarantee as specified in your installation agreement.

Insurance-backed guarantees may be provided where applicable.

6. Liability

NextGen Energy Solutions Ltd is fully insured.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing electrical or structural faults
Delays caused by third parties or supply chain disruptions
Loss of income or indirect losses

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Cancellation

Customers may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if the agreement is signed off-premises. Details will be provided in writing where applicable.
